Measures taken by BOIP to combat the coronavirus

We consider it our social duty to prevent the further spread of the coronavirus. To minimise the risks, the following measures apply:

• Our employees are working at home.
• Visitors are being received by appointment only and must comply with the measures in force on our premises.

How does this affect you?

Our online services are operating completely as usual and our Information Centre is available during office hours to answer your questions by e-mail and phone.

For their part, postal services may deliver to our premises in the normal way. To deliver legal documents, bailiffs may make an appointment with one of our lawyers by sending a written request to [email protected].

These measures apply until further notice.
